Archana Jesudian McLoughlin

Archana has been a member of the bar of Virginia since 2004. Since then, she has worked in a variety of capacities: on behalf of her clients in private practice, on behalf of localities as a local government attorney, on behalf of indigent defendants as an Assistant Public Defender, and on behalf of the Commonwealth prosecuting criminal cases as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney.

Archana is passionate about understanding the needs and objectives of her clients, advocating on their behalf, and working to obtain desired outcomes, through whatever means best suit the situation: negotiation, mediation, or trial.
​
Archana graduated cum laude from Duke University with a B.S. in psychology. After several years working as an elementary school teacher in Durham, North Carolina, she returned to Virginia, graduating from William and Mary Law School.
